The release process of o3 systems is regulated by a roadmap that is specific for each system. This choice has been made in order to allow users know when new official releases are available. There are 2 deadlines in each process. The first one is when the software process stops. This makes sure that only completed issues will be included in the release. Between this deadline and the availability of the new release there is a two week time in which software is tested. Only after this process will the binaries be uploaded on our website. Obviously, if there aren't any modifications on the code, the system won't be released waiting new issues.

The roadmap proposed shows the maximum amount of time that should pass between two releases. If it is necessary this time could be shorter due to special needs. The community will give advice about this kind of changes.
